Do you book the accommodation for me?

No. You book yourself, directly on Airbnb or Booking. We help you choose the area and can have the place checked, but the booking, payment and cancellation terms are between you, the platform and the host.

Who carries out the check?

A local partner in the area concerned. You send us your request, we pass the job to someone available, and we forward you their photos, videos and report.

Does the check guarantee the accommodation?

No. It describes what was found on the day of the visit, against your criteria. It is not a guarantee of the accommodation, nor a commitment by the host or the platform.

Can the inside be visited before booking?

Only if the host agrees. Otherwise the check covers the address, access, building and neighbourhood.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the distance and on what you ask for. Write to us describing what you need, and we reply with a suitable proposal.

How do I make a request?

On WhatsApp ideally, or through the contact form. Give the town, your dates, the link to the listing and what you want checked.
